1. Teleportation into Silentera is now dependent on your side's control of your 2.0 forts (ie. Asmos need both Gelk forts, and Elyos need both Inggison forts).
2. Northern Inggison fort siegable.
3. Fixed a few issues with abyss transformations.
4. Messed with some stuff on how we handle campaigns for some future things we're going to do.
5. Fixed a lot of quests that had missing start/finish npcs defined (way more than what's in the list below).
6. Random fixes for stuff that I can't be bothered to detail.
7. HoT now benefits from healing boost.
8. Fixed killing of ODPH mobs registering for quests and other things.
9. Fixed an issue where HP amounts weren't always being sent to the client properly when moving into a new zone/area.
10. Fixed an issue where the death screen would in some rare cases, stay until you reloged.
These quests should work now, either they weren't done yet, or had errors in them that needed fixing (or an npc involved in the quest was fubar).
